RELATIONSHIP THERAPY IN RENO | NEVADA & CALIFORNIA TELEHEALTHNo one taught you how to do relationships.
For individuals and couples navigating recurring conflict, growing distance, or a relationship at a crossroads--deep, practical work that helps you understand the pattern and decide what comes next.
You’re already whole.
The work here starts with a radical premise: you are already whole. Your anxiety, the ways your relationships keep struggling, those aren't broken parts to fix. They're strategies you learned to survive, and they made sense.
Whether you're trying to mend things with a partner, find your footing with family, or come back to your own center, you don't have to keep doing it the way you've been doing it. If you're ready for something more, more connection, more ease, you're in the right place.

We can work on:
My approach
I believe the quality of our lives comes down to the quality of our relationships. We're wired for it--built to find steadiness and belonging through safe connection with other people. When it's missing, we feel it: lonely, unseen, a little "missed," often in ways that trace all the way back to being young.
So much of my work is closing that gap. We begin with what your nervous system needs: a felt sense of safety, and from there, we get underneath the patterns instead of just around them. It's deep work and built to last.
My hope is to help you move from autopilot back toward curiosity, connection, and even joy. Because when you finally feel at home in yourself, everything else has room to change.

I Love What I DoAt the heart of this work is a belief in the healing power of presence, self-compassion, and reconnection--to ourselves, each other, and the world around us. Here, you don't have to pretend, perform, or minimize your pain. You can be messy, uncertain, grieving, angry, raw, and still completely worthy of care.
Healing doesn't move in a straight line, and we can't rush growth. So here, we trust the unfolding. I love watching people learn they're allowed to be messy. I love seeing a couple move from "polite roommates" back into real, raw connection. I love watching someone set down the weight of their family's expectations and finally ask, "Who am I, actually?"
My care is liberation-oriented; it honors your experience while keeping an eye on the larger systems we're all moving through.
Outside the therapy room, you'll find me hiking, listening to history podcasts, reading nerdy psychology books, playing new wave or ABBA too loud, and rewatching Gilmore Girls and Scrubs.
