I admit being a bit biased, as I actually know the creator of Screen Zen, but this app is a game changer when it comes to breaking your mindless scrolling habbit. You get to choose which apps it applies to, and then it forces you to pause before accessing your social media or distracting websites. You can also set it to limit the number of app opens or what days you can access certain apps.
For anyone in a relationship
Like most therapists, I’m a huge fan of Esther Perel’s work. Her podcast Where Should We Begin? is an incredible resource for anyone interested in relationships and intimacy. The format is like stepping into a therapist’s office - offering a rare glimpse into live therapy sessions with real couples and individuals as they navigate conflict, connection, love, and the complexities of being human together.
